This photo is from the Beverly Hills Affaire in the Gardens in 1999.I was there that Sunday, and recall that Vance was very down because all the awards had been handed out all weekend long, and he had not received one. It was late on Sunday, and finally the judges came to his booth--his was the last award to be presented: Best of Show.
